Just last week I had decided to take a week off cause I was 3 weeks ahead on my comic. Ive tried to make my own toon shader for daz 3d V3, got some interesting results but not what I wanted. I have to manually apply the textures within each shader applying, so not worth the effort.

I've had to fight with my dad's new chevy venture van to get it to accept an after market stereo. GM: always reinventing the wheel. That was a job and a half. I actually had to google how to get into the dash, bend in ways that my body did not like to get in there only to find out that I need a fancy connector that allows you to retain the chimes and send the "everything's cool" signal to the computer. The first one was defective so it had to go back to Wal-mart. Then the next one was doing the same thing, only trying to eject the disk and show the display. Finally, I got the bright idea to bypass the red ignition wire and wire it to the "always hot" yellow wire. You can now listen to it with the van off but hey, at least the pain in the butt works.

So, now I gotta beef up my buffer again then I can work on other things for a while, like the up and coming phonebook delivery that the family is planning on doing to help pay for the new van. Luckily we have a van and if we get there soon enough to get the good routes where you put them by the mailboxes then we can make some darned good money in a short amount of time.


Edit: pwtoon wont render my scene so now I gotta work on the new shader I was making and hope it comes out okay
